LOOKS RETURN POLICY


If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please let us know via hello@getlooksapp.com  so we can get this sorted for you.

Do you want to return something? No problem! Returns are FREE for Dutch customers. If you want to return something, we’ll complete a refund for you once we receive it back.

GENERAL
·    Returns are free for Dutch customers. For more info on how to return your order and return form, please open the Looks Returns Guide .
·    If you need the item in a different size or colour, you’ll need to place a new order. We need to know the order number that your return related to, so please make sure that your returns form is filled out and included in your returns parcel.
·    If you wish to return underwear or swimwear, please do not remove the original wrapping for hygiene reasons.
·    You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
·    All goods will be inspected on return.
·    The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
·    We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
·    We try hard to accept all returns. However, where possible, returned items should include original tags and any packaging, e.g. shoes should be returned with the original shoe box.
·    In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

RETURNS SHIPPING POSSIBILITIES

THROUGH KIALA (FREE OF CHARGE)
Add the completed return form and the items into the box.
Stick the attached Kiala return sticker over the sticker with your (original delivery) address (so that the old delivery address is not visible).
Drop off your package at a Kiala Point / UPS access point of choice (locations: www.kiala.nl). You will receive a receipt, store it properly.
Keep the return number to track your package.
Once the order is received back, we will send an e-mail confirmation to you.

THROUGH POSTNL OR OTHER DELIVERY SERVICE (OWN EXPENSES)
You can return your items via PostNL or other delivery service. In case you wish to process your return this way, you need to do so at your own expense.
Add the completed return form and the items in the box.
Send your package at your own expense to:

Save the Track & Trace number to track your package.
Once the order is received back, we will send an e-mail confirmation to you.

REFUNDS
·    We'll refund the price you purchased your item at - this includes sale items. In case that items arrive damaged, we reserve the right to charge a damage depreciation fee.
·    In case you decided to tip the stylist during your purchase, in an event of a return this tip is not considered a part of the purchase, and shall not be expected to be returned.
·    If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
·    It can take up to 21 working days for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse. As soon as we’ve received it, we’ll refund your original payment method and send you an email to let you know.
·    It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you’ve returned more than one order in your parcel, please allow up to 24 hours for all of your items to be refunded.
·    We recommend you always obtain proof of postage. Our returns address is: Looks, Herengracht 182, 1016BR Amsterdam.
