LOOKS DELIVERY POLICY


Did you order or do you plan to order with Looks? Our delivery is free of charge, right to your doorstep or office.

GENERAL
  • When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
  • Our shoppers will take care of the purchase for you. When your order is shipped by Looks, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment details.
  • In case you change your mind until this confirmation email is sent, you can cancel your order by sending your cancellation request to shoppers@getlooksapp.com. You will receive a brief cancellation questionnaire, which you have to fill in in order to have your order definitively cancelled. In the event that your cancellation mail is processed after we ship the order, it is tagged as late cancellation and you have to follow the Return Policy in order to receive your refund. We reserve the right to tag your cancellation as “late” at any time.
  • We are using the delivery service of DHL. In case you order until 16:00, the package should be delivered to you within the next 48 hours. However, given the possibilities of the delivery service we use, we are limited with the delivery to working days only, so orders during or close to the weekend may cause a delay in your order. You will receive an estimate of delivery time in the first confirmation mail.
  • You will receive an email once the package is considered delivered. In case you are not present at the place of delivery, DHL will attempt repeated delivery once again in the afternoon, and then once in the evening hours. In case none of those delivery attempts are successful, you will be able to pick up your order at the nearest DHL business point

CANCELLED ITEMS
  • We constantly monitor our online assortment with the utmost care. For the shipment of your order, we depend on several factors. Unfortunately, it can happen in exceptional cases that during the processing of your order indicates that an item is out of stock or does not meet the quality requirements set by us. In this case, the purchase price of the item will be returned to you.

EXCEPTIONS
  • Around extra busy periods, different delivery times apply. During the checkout process, we will keep you informed of the actual delivery.
